We start by identifying your domain registrar and hosting provider, and who the account is registered with.
Account recovery
We walk you through the provider’s official recovery process. Recovery depends on ownership verification, so we can’t always guarantee access can be restored.
Migration
If a transfer makes sense, we move the site to hosting we manage and re-point email, SSL and DNS records.
Edits & maintenance
Already have access but need changes? We handle edits, updates and ongoing care.
What we need from you
